Delivery

We advise that an appointment is made to view and try on any items of interest.  You may however choose to hire an item from our brochure alone.

Any items can be collected / returned by yourselves, if you require us to send out the item  the cost of postage will be covered  by ourselves.  Return postage is payble by you.  All postage must be by recorded delivery and returns must be within the hire time agreed and in suitable packaging.

Hire agreement

Hire periods are for four days, you will receive the item or collect the item one day before you intend to wear (day one), the day you wear the item (day 2) this leave you two days to return the item.  All items are washed / professionally laundered or dry cleaned as appropriate between each hire period.  This is included in the hire price.

Payment

A deposit is required for all hire items along with the full payment before the item is collected / shipped.  All deposits are fully returnable subject to the item(s) being return.

Due to us being a relatively new company we currently only accept cheques/cash or postal order by way of payment.

Please make cheques payable to Bello Embarazo, printing your name, address,cheque guarantee details and phone number on reverse.

All our items are thoroughly checked before they are collected/shipped, however if you are not happy with the condition of an item, we require that you contact us before wearing the item.

All items are to be returned no later than one working day following hire period to:

Bello Embarazo reserve the right to charge cancellation fees on any hire items

not returned on time and in the same condition as sent.
